Flower Essences capture the energetic imprint, or vibration of a plant. Flowers are the highest expression of the life force of a plant, this energy and expression is transferred into and captured by water, and preserved with brandy. The action of flower essences is not biological, as in other herbal remedies like an herbal extract or tea, for example. Like homeopathic remedies, flower essences are vibrational in nature and highly dilute. They work on various human energy fields and in turn influence mental, emotional and physical levels of our being.
As with so many other things in life, flower essences are best taken conciously. What does that mean? It simply means to take a moment before consuming to give thanks to the flower for sharing itself with you and set an intention that is in line with how the flower helps.

Dosage is typically 2-4 drops 4 times per day on the tongue or added to water or juice. In addition to this dosage, I recommend having a drop or 2 if you find yourself thinking of the flower essence.

Some thoughts based on my experience with flower essences:

Consistency is key to affect change. Work the flower essence into your daily routine.

Flower essences don't do the work for you, rather they are a friend on your journey. So pay attention to that small, still voice inside you. It is guiding you through what you are working on, and flower essences work through that voice.
