SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is available only in the United States at this time.

Items weighing under 13 oz will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Items weighing over 13 oz will be shipped Priority Mail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of this product, we are not able to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason other than shop error. However, if you have questions or are not experiencing the results you expected, please contact us at hello@theheartofearth.com.
